王公社区是惠东县黄埠镇镇中心区的社区居民委员会，属城乡分类中的镇中心区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

地名相传是为纪念明清时期下放到此的一位王爷。[1]其前身为三联：1966年是大队，1984年成乡，1987年3月称村委，1989年又叫管理区。1998年4月，新民居委会改名王公居委会，到2002年按粤民基〔2002〕5号文定名王公社区。[1]
