望京洲村是惠东县黄埠镇的行政村，旧名黄家洲。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网引《全粤村情·惠东县卷》（未出版）：村始建于元末，因黄、施、陶三姓居住而名黄家洲。相传清初黄姓一人赴京应考，三年没有音信，其妻每日登后山向京城方向眺望；他衣锦还乡后得知此事，把村名改为望京洲。[1]
新中国成立后，村在1952年为黄埠乡的农业合作社，1965年成为黄埠公社的一个大队，1987年3月改村委，1990年改管理区，2000年起为村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月被列为2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2020年至2022年连续上榜淘宝村名单。[1]
