桥东社区是杨侨镇镇中心区的两个社区之一，位于石岗岭桥以东。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的名称来自桥：以桥为界分出桥东、桥西两个社区，这一边在东面，故称桥东。[1]这里在1999年4月10日由杨村华侨柑桔场设为社区，2003年4月11日农场撤销、改建为镇，社区随之改设为杨侨镇的桥东社区。[1]

2019年9月，桥东社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
