深湖村是惠州市博罗县龙溪街道下辖的行政村，在城乡分类中属村庄。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子始建于清顺治年间（1638至1661年），由博罗龙溪的族人分支迁来而成。起初叫大埔村；东江未筑堤时江水从村中流过，积成深水湖，于是改称深湖。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代归典史署，民国时期属第十一区英勇乡，新中国成立后属一区苏礼龙乡，1956年11月起并入苏村乡。1973年7月称深湖大队，1983年11月起改称乡，1986年1月起叫管理区，1999年起改为深湖村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，村里获评「2023年广东省卫生村」；2019年9月，进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
