金光村位于广东省肇庆市德庆县官圩镇，下辖8个村民小组、5个自然村，村名取自原有的大江、金安两个区片各一字。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

原有大江、金银、金安三个区片，从金安、大江两区片中各取一字，得名金光。[1]1951至1958年间它属金林大乡，公社化时归金林公社，1961年并入官圩公社，七十年代以前叫大江生产大队；1983年9月设金光乡，1986年11月起改为管理区办事处，1998年4月成立村民委员会。[1]
