城东社区是德城街道下辖的社区，辖区集中在街道东部，故名，面积2.5平方千米。[1] 社区于2002年6月4日成立。[1]

社区下设12个居民小组，户籍居民3887户；常住人口为15508人（该页未注明年份）。[1] 社区办公面积250平方米，设警务室，并有调解、劳动保障、信息服务和妇女儿童维权等站室；另有图书室、星光老人之家和老年书画中心。[1] 社区公园占地8500平方米，园中有健身广场和音乐舞场，社区还组建了曲艺表演队。[1]
