胜利村是封开县江口街道下辖的行政村，1987年经批准设立村民委员会，村委会驻地在胜利村，村名由此而来。[1]全村面积23.1平方公里，下设15个经济合作社，有1854人。[1]

解放初期，这里是新进乡下的第九、第十两个行政村；人民公社时期合称胜利大队，1987年设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

全村耕地2163亩，其中水田1610亩、旱地553亩。[1]村民以种水稻、沙糖桔和养殖业为主。[1]据2008年的数据，全村农业总产值约1664万元，村集体纯收入3.9万元。[1]2019年9月，胜利村进入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
