勒竹口村是封开县江口街道下辖的行政村，1987年经批准设立村民委员会。原名勒竹，由于与南丰公社的勒竹大队重名，1980年加“口”字改称勒竹口。[1]全村15个村民小组，面积约12.9平方公里，有490户、2131人。[1][2]
经济[edit]
村里山林约2.8万亩，耕地1346.8亩，其中水田960亩。[1]村里的柴、竹、木统一管理，村民种植水果、篙竹、玉桂，也养鱼、种甘蔗，外出务工约300人。[2]2008年农业总收入约1449万元。[1]2019年9月，勒竹口村进入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
