新乡村是广东省肇庆市怀集县凤岗镇所辖的行政村，属镇乡结合区。村名取自辖区内较大的村落新乡村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年称新乡乡，1958年改新乡大队，1983年11月又改称乡，1987年为村委会，1989年4月起叫管理区；1998年11月，怀集县人民政府批准（怀发〔1998〕20号）成立新乡村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，总人口3461人，分15个村民小组，面积948.49公顷；村委会紧邻墟镇，商贸和加工业是发展重点，不少村民经商。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，新乡村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
