金坪村是广东省肇庆市怀集县凤岗镇所辖的行政村。村民委员会驻金坪村，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1953年起为乡，1958年改金坪大队，1983年11月改称金坪乡，1987年为村委会，1989年4月起叫管理区；1998年11月，怀集县人民政府批准（怀发〔1998〕20号）成立金坪村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，村委会在县城通往凤岗镇的入口处，面积708公顷，辖5个村民小组，共1906人，被称为凤岗镇的南大门；村里办有大浪坪水电站和木片加工厂，并养猪、养塘鱼、养山地鸡和土鸭。[2]
