仕儒村是广东省肇庆市怀集县坳仔镇辖下的行政村，村域面积13.77平方千米，地处镇中部，离坳仔圩镇2公里。共12个村民小组，农业人口1916人，农村党员49人。村民靠种植和加工茶杆竹谋生，人均年收入5364元。村委会大楼2007年初动工，当年底启用，面积380平方米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会设在仕儒坑口村，村因此得名。1998年，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批复成立村民委员会。此前的称谓依次为：仕儒高级社、仕儒大队、仕儒乡、仕儒管理区。[1]
