阶洞村是广东省肇庆市怀集县坳仔镇辖下的行政村，村域面积6.66平方千米，地处镇东北部，与甘洒镇交界，离坳仔圩镇6公里。共9个村民小组，农业人口2249人。村民以茶杆竹的种植、加工为主，人均年收入4908元。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会设在阶洞村，村名由此而来。明清时期，这一带曾划为阶洞堡。1998年，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批复成立村民委员会。此前的称谓依次为：阶洞高级社、阶洞大队、阶洞乡、阶洞管理区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把该村定为乡村治理示范村创建单位（2021年度）；2026年1月，获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
