大同村是广东省肇庆市怀集县坳仔镇辖下的行政村，村域面积4.71平方千米，地处镇西部，离坳仔圩镇2公里。共10个村民小组，农业人口1489人，农村党员43人。村民以茶杆竹的种植、加工为主，人均年收入5309元。村委会大楼2005年初动工，2007年竣工启用，面积75平方米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会设在大同村，村名由此而来；民国时期已称大同。1998年，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批复成立村民委员会。此前的称谓依次为：大同高级社（1955年）、大同大队（1958年）、大同管理区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
