罗大村是广东省肇庆市怀集县坳仔镇辖下的行政村，村域面积21.24平方千米，地处镇南部，南面紧邻广宁县古水镇，是全镇通向南面的门户。分大浪、罗蓬两片，共21个村民小组，总人口3099人。村民以茶杆竹的种植、加工为主要生计，人均年收入4882元。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自罗汉寨、大角两个自然村名字里各一个字。1998年，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批复成立村民委员会。此前的称谓依次为：罗大公社、罗大大队（新中国成立初期）、罗大乡、罗大管理区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年12月，入选第一批国家森林乡村；2023年4月，列入广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位名单（2022年度）；2026年3月，认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
