高龙村是广东省肇庆市怀集县幸福街道辖下的行政村，原属怀城镇，在原镇区西南部，距县城约20公里，属偏远山区。[1]

历史沿革与经济[edit]

高龙一带1955年办高级社，1958年转为生产大队；1983年起依次设乡、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1998年改称村民委员会。[1]

总人口2219人（450户），下设9个村民小组，耕地628亩，其中水田421亩；山区经济以厘竹和速生丰产林为主，人均纯收入（2009年）5584元。[1]
