幸福社区是广东省肇庆市怀集县幸福街道辖下的社区，在县城近郊，与县城隔绥江相望，距原怀城镇政府约1公里。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

1954年，当地128户农民自愿结社，办起怀集县第一个农业生产合作社，取名“幸福之路”，社区因此得名。[1]幸福在1955年办高级社，1958年转为大队，其后曾称革命委员会（1968年）、幸福队（1971年）；1983年设乡，1987年为村委会，1990年为管理区，1996年改称居委会，1999年定名幸福社区居民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载资料，社区总人口2539人（511户），下设10个居民小组，耕地565亩，山地2718.5亩。[1]社区利用近县城的条件发展商业、饮食服务和运输业，办有谷围厂、铁桶厂和旅店等集体企业，另开发鱼塘60亩；社会总产值（2009年）4435万元，人均收入6188元。[1]
