院主一社区位于肇庆市鼎湖区广利街道，在321国道旁，辖区约4平方千米，分12个居民小组，距区政府和街道办事处均为9公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋咸淳年间（1265年至1274年），李姓人家从南雄迁此建村。[1][2]新中国成立前属高要县第四区桂院；1959年7月设院主大队，1979年与院主二一分为二，院主一为其中之一；2002年4月起设院主一社区居民委员会。[2]

经济与荣誉[edit]

居委会概况称社区人口1853人（年份未注明），近年承接广州、佛山一带转移来的花卉种植，种植面积约350亩。[1]2019年9月，院主一社区入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」。[1]
