院主二社区位于肇庆市鼎湖区广利街道，在321国道旁，三茂铁路从村后经过，辖区约2平方千米，分7个居民小组，距离广州约70公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明正统年间（1436年至1449年），卫姓人家从东莞茶山迁来落户。[1][2]1959年7月设院主大队，1979年析为院主一与院主二两个大队，1983年称院主二乡，2002年4月起设院主二社区居民委员会。[2]
经济[edit]
居委会概况称社区人口832人，耕地约850亩（年份未注明），水田种稻，旱地种花生，不少村民养母猪；集体土地多发包出去，鱼塘外包增加收入。[1]
