彭寿社区位于肇庆市鼎湖区广利街道，距肇庆市区约20公里，距街道办事处约3公里，辖区约9平方千米，分17个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

元至元三十年（1293年），苏姓人家从长利村迁来建村，因村旁的彭寿堤围而得名。[1][2]1953年起归高要县第八区的桂荣乡管辖，1959年称彭寿大队，1988年3月随广利镇划入鼎湖区，2002年4月起设彭寿社区居民委员会。[2]

经济[edit]

居委会概况称，社区人口2470人（年份未注明），在街道各村级单位中居第三；引进外地养殖户经营鱼塘，塘基上办有猪场和鱼苗场，成为水产养殖基地。[1]
