长利社区位于广东省肇庆市鼎湖区广利街道，在西江东北岸，由长利、文华、平坦三个自然村组成，距街道办事处约1.5公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋末元初，苏姓人家来此定居，以“长久吉利”之意把村子叫作长利村。[1]1953年归高要县第八区的广利乡，1958年10月并入广利星人民公社一团，到1959年叫长利大队；此后相继改称长利乡（1983年）、长利管理区（1989年）、长利村委会（1996年），2002年4月改设社区居民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所引居委会概况，社区面积约4平方千米，共10个村民小组，人口1979人，耕地1440亩，集体收入主要来自鱼塘。[1]
