历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，1958年以前归院田乡管，此后名称依次为：平山坡大队（1962年）、平山坡乡（1983年）、平山坡村民委员会（1987年）、平山坡管理区办事处（1989年），1999年起复称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村民委员会自述（未注年份）：在册563户、3008人，村域面积3.7平方千米，耕地1200亩；种植的经济作物以水稻、香蕉为主，上一年农村经济总收入630万元。村里着力发展水稻种植和香蕉种植。[1]
