文水村是广东省茂名市化州市播扬镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西部，辖15个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，名称依次为：文水大队（1962年）、文水乡（1983年）、文水村民委员会（1987年）、文水管理区办事处（1989年），1999年起复称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村民委员会自述（未注年份）：在册680户、3146人，村域面积3.3平方千米，耕地1200亩；种植的经济作物以水稻、香蕉、蚕桑为主，上一年农村经济总收入926万元。村里着力发展香蕉、水稻种植和种桑养蚕。[1]

2020年8月，该村以化橘红列入首批「广东省一村一品一镇一业专业村」名单；2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
