大塘笃村是高州市南塘镇下辖的行政村，别名大圹笃[2]。村处在一口大塘末端旁，当地把末端叫“笃”，村名由此而来[1]。

据百度百科，村面积约12平方千米，耕地3359亩，人口4765人（该条未注明年份），属南亚热带季风气候，说粤语，境内的蒸酒岭有一处东汉聚落遗址，约1万平方米，另有荔枝村大王庙[2]。

经济与旅游[edit]

村民以种植香蕉、荔枝、龙眼为主。2017年起村里推行土地流转，建成500亩的七彩田园农业科普教育基地，种植圣女果、火龙果等，农户可得租金、工资和分红[2]。该村位于鉴江河堤绿道的观光河段，被列为广东省休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点（乡村自然景观类）；百度百科称其年接待游客36万人次[2]。

荣誉[edit]

百度百科称，该村在2019年被评为国家级标准化美丽乡村，2020年村调解委员会得到全国模范调解委员会称号，并进入省「百千万工程」典型村之列[2]。博雅地名网则记，2019年9月村在广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单之列[1]。
