村头坡村是高州市南塘镇下辖的行政村，原名春柳坡，后因处在村落整体的一头改称村头坡[1]。2026年3月，进入广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇名单[1]。

地名与沿革[edit]

村子建立时，一个名叫春柳的人起名“春柳坡”；后来村子扩大，这里位于整体的一头，改名村头坡[1]。1958年设村头兵营，1961年拆为长乐坡、周村和村头坡三队，1963年并为村头坡大队，1983年改村头坡乡，1986年改农村管理区，1999年改称村头坡村民委员会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，村头坡村获广东省卫生村称号；2026年3月进入广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇名单[1]。
