名称由来[edit]

新中国设立后农民翻身，群众为纪念农民的胜利，取名民胜。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1959年设立民胜大队；1983年起称民胜乡；民胜农村管理区一名始于1986年；1999年改由村民委员会管理，至今未变。[1]

2021年12月，该村获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2019年9月，入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
