种植的作物主要是荔枝、龙眼、水稻、四季豆、花生、蕃薯。发展思路为：以农业、养殖业为主，种植四季豆，也养猪、养鱼，劳务输出比重较大。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1983年时叫民乐乡；1987年时叫民乐村委会；1989年时叫民乐管理区；1999年起叫民乐村委会；沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会在2021年12月授予民乐村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

民乐村在2020年8月入选「首批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」（产业为牛大力）。[1]

民乐村在2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
