1983年时叫芳塘乡；1987年时叫芳塘村委会；1989年时叫芳塘管理区；1999年起叫芳塘村委会；沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
广东省爱卫会在2021年12月授予芳塘村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
