楼阁堂村属茂名市电白区旦场镇，是镇辖的行政村，坐落在镇域中北部[1]。博雅地名网记载其下设18个村民小组，登记656户，人口3362，辖区面积11.38平方公里，另有3541亩耕地[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1953年这里建乡，1958年改编为生产大队，1983年复称乡，1987年称村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年又改回村委会，名称一直用到现在[1]。

经济[edit]

据该页介绍，村内年均气温约22摄氏度，年降水量2200毫米上下；种植的作物主要是荔枝、龙眼、花生、水稻、红薯等[1]。突出的收入项目为荔枝和龙眼，上一年全村农村经济总收入记为1236万元[1]。村集体把山岭发包给人种果树，收取承包金[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年8月入选广东省农业农村厅公布的首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（黑棕鹅）；2020年12月上榜2020年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2019年10月入选广东省卫生村名录[1]。
