岭门镇是广东省茂名市电白区东南部的建制镇，东面与阳西县相邻，南面临南海，西面接电城镇，北面与马踏镇相连。[1]镇域面积102.55平方千米，2019年末户籍人口92577人，下辖1个社区、17个行政村。[1]1987年5月由岭门区改设为镇。[2]2021年起列为广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇，以南美白对虾为主。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，镇名来自镇区所在的位置：它建在四季岭南端的大入口处。[2]明代这一带归上保宁乡一图管辖；到清代，境内分属夏蓝、上海头、蛋埠、清湖、平陇五个堡。[2]1912年以后为第二区；新中国成立后改属第一区。[2]

1959年，大榜公社从红旗公社分出；1973年公社驻地迁至岭门，名称随之改为岭门公社，1979年定名岭门人民公社。[2]1983年改为岭门区，1987年5月区撤销、建镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

岭门镇位于电白东部沿海，与阳西县儒洞镇交界，海岸线长17公里；国道325线在镇内长约12公里。[3]地势北高南低，台地分布较广。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末户籍人口92577人。[1]第七次全国人口普查（2020年）结果为6.66万人，在电白区各街道、乡镇中居第7位。[2]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载的镇情介绍，岭门镇推行“工业强镇”，工业以五金制品、塑料制品和粮食等农产品加工为主，汉山集团的“汉山牌”商标曾获广东省著名商标，其弹子顶锁获广东省名牌产品称号；农业方面形成了约3万亩荔枝、龙眼等水果，以及花生、北运菜、对虾、牡蛎等成片种养的格局，2002年龙眼产量达200万公斤。[3]这些数字出自该介绍写成时的情况。

2019年全镇有工业企业37个，其中规模以上企业9个。[1]2021年9月，该镇被省农业农村厅列入第三批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇，产品为南美白对虾。[2]辖内的海港村、海坡村在2020年8月被列为首批省级专业村，产品同为南美白对虾。[4][5]大榜金钩虾是该镇的特产。[2]
