祖岱村是广东省茂名市电白区岭门镇下辖的行政村，位于岭门镇西南面，紧靠国道325线。[1]1953年建乡，1958年改为生产大队，1983年恢复乡制，1987年改设村民委员会，此后曾改称管理区，又回到村民委员会的名称。[1]
