清湖村是广东省茂名市电白区岭门镇下辖的行政村，位于岭门镇东北。[1]1953年建乡，1958年改为生产大队，1983年恢复乡制，1987年改设村民委员会，1989年一度改称管理区，1999年再度称村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]
