海坡村是广东省茂名市电白区岭门镇下辖的行政村，位于岭门镇东部。[1]1961年自大榜公社的丹步生产大队划出，立海坡生产大队；1983年称海坡乡，其后1987年改设村民委员会，1989年一度改称管理区，1999年再称村民委员会。[1]
