夏蓝村是广东省茂名市电白区岭门镇下辖的行政村，归岭门镇管辖。[1]1953年建乡，当时写作下岚，1958年改为生产大队，1983年恢复乡制并写作夏蓝，其后1987年改设村民委员会，1989年一度改称管理区，1999年再称村民委员会。[1]
