历史沿革[edit]

1950年为东海行政区，1953年为东海乡，2002年成立东海居委会，沿用至今[1]。

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网，社区有耕地1780亩、林地520亩，各小组都通了水泥路，共16条、3.7公里；姓谭村获广东省文明村称号[2]。
