标角村为北和镇所辖行政村，在雷州市境内。[1]标角村旧时属“十三乡”，后归鹅感乡管辖；解放后设标角大队，1987年2月改为村委会，1989年改称管理区，1999年起为标角村民委员会。[1]

广东省2018年“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建名单（2019年9月公布）中有该村。[1]

标角村中央村后坡有邓氏墓群，始葬于宋代，现存元代石封墓5座、土堆墓2座，墓前建有纪念亭；主墓为宋代进士邓仁奭墓，为土堆墓。邓氏墓群于2001年8月17日公布为雷州市市级文物保护单位。[1][2]
