英兜村为北和镇所辖行政村，在雷州市境内。^[1]英兜村周边旧时有西边村、英楼村、娘拱村、英那村四个村落，居民后来陆续并入英兜村。1958年归交寮大队，1984年成立英兜乡，1987年2月改村委会，1989年改管理区，1999年定名村民委员会。^[1]
