盐庭村为北和镇所辖行政村，在雷州市境内。[1]盐庭村相传明永乐年间自朱家村迁出立村；1958年属徐黄乡，1979年与南边黄村合为一个大队，1987年2月成立村委会，1989年改为管理区，1999年定名村民委员会。[1]
