历史沿革[edit]

处井村民委员会设立于2008年1月25日，依据雷州市人民政府的雷府〔2008〕6号批复，批复内容是调整塘井、茂胆两个村民委员会的规模。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，处井村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]此后的荣誉依次是：2023年11月入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」，2024年4月进入广东省乡村振兴示范村的第一批创建名单，2025年3月获「第七届全国文明村镇」命名。[1]
