卜格大队成立于1958年，1984年称卜格乡，1987年2月称卜格村委会，1989年称卜格管理区，1999年起称卜格村民委员会。[1]
2019年9月，卜格村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
