1958年成立北良大队，到1986年改设村委会，1999年起定为北良村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，北良村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2023年5月，所属的猪母湖村、后田村获2022年广东省卫生村称号；2026年3月被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
