溪墩村是湛江市霞山区建设街道辖下的村，村名与村东的南柳河有关，2010年起归建设街道[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
据载，南柳河从村东流过，长年冲刷使河岸一侧堆出一个土墩，村驻地就在此处，故称溪墩村[1]。
这一带1957年是百蓬大队，1983年改为百蓬乡；1986年的蓬溪村委会管着溪墩、蓬莱两个自然村，属海头镇，次年（1987年）定名溪墩村委会[1]。2010年，村委会从海头街道转归建设街道[1]。
