百儒村是湛江市霞山区建设街道辖下的村，1880年由特呈岛迁来的一百多人所建，2010年起归建设街道[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名寓意儒雅之士汇聚、群贤毕至[1]。建村在1880年，是特呈岛上一百多人迁来所建[1]。1949年百蓬乡成立，百儒、蓬莱、溪墩三村在其下，归新鹿区；1954年转属湛江郊区的海头公社；1987年为百儒大队（霞山区海头乡）；1989年起称百儒村委会（海头镇）[1]。2010年调整区划，改归建设街道[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2022年9月，百儒村获「2022年湛江市文明村」称号；2026年3月，列入广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇[1]。
