大洲村是广东省台山市川岛镇下辖的行政村，占据上川岛西部，离三洲圩约5千米。村子东面是上川岛的省级猕猴保护区，其余三面临海，海岸线长二十多千米。[1] 村内大洲湾东侧的新地村有广东省文物保护单位新地村天主堂遗址，「广东台山海上丝绸之路博物馆」也设在新地村。[2][3]

村域面积34.78平方千米，管辖十多条自然村，村委会设在湾心村。[1] 境内有生态公益林、水田、耕地和鱼塘，镇政府称大洲村是全镇海洋资源较丰富的村委会之一。[1]

经济[edit]

村民亦渔亦农，渔汛时出海，农忙时下田；近年又发展海水养殖，并开山种植果树。[1] 2023年的报道提到，大洲村把部分海域和滩涂发包，达到了集体增收的目标。[4] 南方都市报2026年报道，川岛镇近三年完成了鲇鱼桥危桥的重建，鲇鱼是大洲村的一条自然村。[1][5]

名胜古迹[edit]

新地村天主堂遗址在大洲湾东侧的新地村，处于当地小学的校园里，包括教堂遗址和神父楼，遗址区约3300平方米，长62.2米、宽42.8米。教堂是为纪念方济各·沙勿略来此传教而建的，毁于抗日战争期间的1941年至1942年。2019年广东省公布第九批省级文物保护单位，这处遗址名列其中；它还被认定为「方济各·沙勿略墓园」和「大洲湾遗址」两处申遗遗产点的关联点，这两处遗产点属于「海上丝绸之路：中国史迹」。[2]

「广东台山海上丝绸之路博物馆」于2019年开馆，馆舍由小学校舍改建，展览以古代海上丝绸之路为主题，介绍上川岛与海外通商和文化往来的历史。[3][6] 关于校舍，方志广东2020年的介绍说是大洲村新地村的新地小学，维基百科则说是原大洲小学。[3][6]

大洲湾遗址同在上川岛，属广东省文物保护单位。[2] 按维基百科的记载，它在2016年被列为「世界文化遗产申报推荐项目」；2017年12月，沙勿略墓园和大洲湾考古遗址公园进入第三批国家考古遗址公园名单。[6]
