西墩村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇所辖的行政村，位于镇域西部，与斗山镇交界：东邻沙岗村，西面与斗山镇的田稠村相邻，西南与安南村接壤，北面山中建有鲤鱼坑水库。村委会设在省道麻阳线旁，离镇政府约4千米。[1][2]
全村辖9个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料共936户、3645人。村民以种水稻和蔬菜为主，西墩是都斛菜花的主要产地之一，也是镇内重要的三鸟养殖地。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，村名源于明代建村时，村子位于都斛西部、旁有石堆，1988年定为现名。[2] 1979年西墩和凤冈在都斛人民公社下是两个大队，1984年改区时合并为牛山乡。[3]
经济[edit]
全村耕地4740亩，绝大部分种水稻，约4206亩；蔬菜约480亩，以菜花和芥菜为主。村里养殖三鸟，年饲养量约2.7万只。[1][2]
村里推行两造水稻加冬种蔬菜的「稻稻菜」模式，建有约20亩的示范基地，采用公司、村委会和农户合作的方式经营，并试行土地流转，以提高土地利用率、增加集体收入。[2]
建设与荣誉[edit]
2021年，西墩村党总支被评为「江门市先进基层党组织」；同年村里在主干道安装路灯、整治道路，并被纳入乡村振兴示范带的建设范围。[2]
