东坑村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部：东面和东北面与丰江村相邻，西面和西北面与南村相接，南面与赤溪镇的山地交界。村委会设在东坑村，离都斛圩约3千米，有水泥公路相通，台赤公路从村旁经过。^[1]

全村只有东坑、东洲两个自然村，分为3个村民小组；按镇政府2026年的资料共511户、1745人。村里有温泉，村委会利用它办了浴场。^[1]

全村耕地2858亩，其中水稻1853.3亩、蔬菜110亩、水果276亩，另有咸围养殖765亩。^[1]

村内温泉资源丰富，村委会利用当地人称为「热水湖」的温泉兴建浴场，回乡的群众常来光顾。^[1]^[2]

自然村东洲村曾多次获评台山市卫生村、文明村。^[1]^[2]
