园美村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东北部，北邻坦塘村，南接古逻村，西靠南坑水库，东面是一片平原，再往东便是崖门口外的黄茅海。村委会设在园美村，离镇政府约5千米，西部沿海高速公路和省道麻阳线从村前通过。^[1]^[2]

全村有园美、华安、吉庆三个自然村，另有三峡移民新村新安村，合计4个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料共356户、1421人。^[2]

全村耕地2475亩，其中水稻1421亩、旱地156亩，咸围898亩。^[2]

村子靠近南坑水库，灌溉水源充足。1989年起，村委会投入120万元，按田块成方、道路相通、渠道相连并做硬底化的格局，建起约1000亩蔬菜生产基地，主要种通心菜、黄瓜、豆角和玉豆，此后又着手申报省级无公害水稻和蔬菜生产基地。^[1]^[2]

镇政府网站2015年的村情介绍记有316户、1302人，2026年更新为356户、1421人。^[1]^[2]

园美村获台山市人民政府授予「台山市村民自治示范村」称号；村党支部曾被中共江门市委评为「农村‘三个代表’重要思想学习教育活动先进集体」。^[1]^[2]
