下洞村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇下辖的行政村，在镇境西北部，面积5平方千米，分为16个村民小组。据镇政府2026年公布的资料，全村634户、2296人。[1] 村里引入了名为「侨汇里」的文旅项目，其中的「侨居文宿」民宿是水步镇的乡村旅游点之一。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种水稻为主，也种蔬菜、玉米、番薯和豆类，按「公司+基地+农户」的模式经营；养殖以淡水鱼和生猪为主，全村每年养猪约1000头。[1]

侨居文宿由原来的下洞小学改建而成，处在侨汇里项目的中心位置，是项目的运营板块之一，经营住宿、餐饮和智慧体验等业务。[1]

姓氏宗族[edit]

村里现有祠堂五座，其中四座属黄姓：洞华村的泽广黄公祠、树南村的孚珍黄公祠、村头村的源凖黄公祠和永盛村的黄氏家塾；另一座是祠社村的善常谢公祠。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

双龙村有一对「兄弟洋楼」，分别名为耀庐和壁庐。[1]

文化[edit]

近年村里利用房前屋后的空地，建起小菜园、小果园、小花园和小公园，并建有党建公园、卫生站和图书阅览室；全村有4座污水处理站和16处垃圾分类收集点，道路已全部硬化，户户通自来水，无害化卫生户厕普及率达到100%，境内的小河也做了整治。[1]

祠社村2012年获评「江门市文明村」，永庆村、双北村和中村在2017年获评江门市卫生村。村委会获得过「先进党支部」「先进调解单位」等称号。[1]
