石头村是江门市蓬江区棠下镇的行政村，处于滨江新区北部，西面是江门大道，南面是华盛路，面积约8.2平方千米；下有14个自然村、38个村小组，2023年常住人口约7500人。[1]

据当地介绍，村庄有700多年的建村史。[1]

经济[edit]

滨江新区开发中，村里先后有4个项目征地，包括天沙河大道、华丰路、大园区先行启动区和产业聚集区，面积共超过133万平方米。[1]2020年起，村集体经济收入连续三年超过一千万元。[1]

文化[edit]

端午龙舟竞渡在村里已有300多年历史。[1]历史学家、教育家陈垣和心血管病专家陈灏珠都出自石头村，陈垣故居已修缮，用作党员教育基地。[1]2022年2月，村民牵头设立了石头龙狮武术文化中心，2023年8月还举办了有9个自然村参加的村级篮球赛。[1]
