历史沿革[edit]
明万历四十一年（1613）有人到此立村。1950年起归石船乡；1958年公社化，并入叠石大队；1983年起隶红场乡；1986年起设叠石村委会；1992年划入潘石管理区；1999年又恢复村委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，全村共有1533人（295户），山地5544亩，耕地295亩。[1]
村民以江姓为主，收入主要靠外出务工，种植青梅、杨梅、龙眼、油甘等。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内江氏祖祠是「东江特委办公旧址」。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年12月，列入国家林业和草原局公布的第二批国家森林乡村名单；2023年5月，被评为2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
