伍田村是广东省汕头市潮南区红场镇的行政村。位于红场镇东北部，距镇政府驻地约13公里，属山地丘陵区的纯农山区村。^[1]

村址原是一位名叫陈伍的人的田地，初称陈五田村，后改称伍田村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

顺治年间（1644—1661）立村。1950年起归招岭乡；1958年公社化，并入林招大队；1983年起隶林招乡；1986年起设伍田村委会；1992年划入林招管理区；1999年又恢复村委会。^[1]

据博雅地名网所载，全村共有740人（146户），山地2433亩，耕地220亩。^[1]

村民以李姓为主，收入主要靠外出务工，种植青梅、杨梅、龙眼、油甘等。^[1]
